The historic mill is host to numerous cultural gatherings and special events through out the year. Exhibitions of paintings, prints, drawings, photography and sculpture are held in the building from April through October and are open to the public on weekends, from 10 am. till 4.pm. Musicians gather at the mill on a monthly basis for an open session song circle and fiddle music jam. The art of the spoken word is celebrated through semi-annual gatherings of regional poets presenting their work .
